The myelinating lineage, supplied cryopreserved for demyelination, remyelination and glial support work. This is the thinnest-supplied cell type in the neural category: across the four suppliers that publish any glial price at all, only bit.bio's 2026 ioCells catalogue carries a figure for oligodendrocyte lineage cells. ioOligodendrocyte-like cells io1028S and ioOPC-like cells io1100S are both 999 for a 2-vial pack of more than 1 million viable cells each, working out to roughly 500 per million, and the CRISPRko-Ready oligodendrocyte-like line io1095S sits at the same 999 with no engineering premium. That places OPCs at about 50 percent more per million than bit.bio's own astrocytes and microglia, which is a real and visible lineage premium rather than a supplier difference. iXCells, Axol and FUJIFILM CDI all publish astrocyte and, in one case, microglia prices but return nothing for the oligodendrocyte lineage, so a buyer who needs a second-source quote is starting a sales conversation rather than reading a page. bit.bio quotes viable cells explicitly rather than a total count at freeze, which makes the per-million arithmetic honest and is worth demanding of any competitor asked to bid against it.
